RunTogether will provides a friendly environment for anyone who wants to run at any level from basic fitness training through to competing in ultra marathons. There are a variety of running sessions each week and for newcomers we offer beginner courses (Couch to 5km) throughout the year.
All ages are welcome from 6 to 100, we will provides a fun and social environment to meet new friends. Functions will be held throughout the year and include social gatherings after running events, dinners and weekends away such as training weekends down south or to attend courses that target the HBF Run for a Reason, Chevron City to Surf and Perth Running Festival.
The main objective of RunTogether is to help and encourage runners to achieve their running goals. The coaches are very experienced all coming from running backgrounds. We offer group sessions led by qualified coaches.
To join a group Click Here Group sessions will be run on Monday, Wednesday, Friday evenings and Sunday morning. We also have morning runs on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
From time to time we run special sessions at a small cost to members and non-members focussing on specific aspects of running such as increasing your run speed, strength and endurance training as well as regular education nights with qualified guest speakers..

To sign up involves two steps
I have been involved in athletics for 42 years as a junior and senior athlete that competed nationally and internationally. I have competed in everything from 100m to half marathon. I have been coaching for over 20 years in all events from 100m to Marathon and participants from 5 to 60 plus. I have also been involved in strength and conditioning for track and field athletes, Hockey, Netball and Bobsled teams.
I am a qualified Sports Scientist and I am a level 4 IAAF Senior Coach, Advanced Level 2 Recreational Running Coach and Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach.
I am also the accredited coaching course presenter for all recreational and athletic coaching courses in Western Australia. So I am the Coach of the Coaches.
I have coached athletes from recreational runners to international athletes racing at World Cross Country Championships, World Athletic Championships and World Masters Athletic Championshpis.
